Turkey Dinner at St. Peter’s

CORPUS CHRISTI–Thanksgiving may still be a few weeks away, but you can eat a Turkey Dinner with the all the trimmings on Sunday at a Corpus Christi Catholic church.

Church members at St. Peter’s Prince of the Apostles on Violet Road in Annaville  have been working for three days to prepare 60 turkeys with mashed potatoes, stuffing, vegetables and cake. They plan to serve more than 1,000 people. It will be served from 11 am to 1 pm in the Parish Hall and you can pick up the meals to go.

The Turkey Dinner is annual event put on by the St. Peter’s Altar Society and Knights of Columbus.
