Bank Robbery Suspect at Counter

BROWNSVILLE–A man walked into a Brownsville bank calmly and passed a note to teller robbing the location of its money, then got away in a getaway car.

Police officers said the man entered the Bank of America around 9:30 on Monday morning, handed a note demanding the money to the teller. Witnesses said he never showed a weapon and nobody was injured in the bank robbery.

The bank robbery suspect walked out the door and got into a getaway car, believed to have been driven by a second suspect. It’s described as a vehicle similar to a Gray Grand Prix Older Model.
