Amber Alert Issued for Missing McAllen Toddler

Amber Alert Issued looking for Woodfork on left and Bennett on right.

MCALLEN–The Department of Public Safety has issued an Ambert Alert for a missing two-year-old boy who was last seen early on Wednesday afternoon in McAllen.

Witnesses report Terry Bennett was with his aunt, April Woodfork, 40, possibly being driven in a gray or silver Ford Focus with a paper license tag.

Police report Woodfork took Bennett without permission on Wednesday afternoon from a McAllen apartment complex. They said this is the first time she has done this.

Bennett is three feet tall weighing 35 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Woodfork is a Black woman, who is 5-foot-4 inches tall, 202 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She is from Tamaulipias and has lived in Reynosa in the past.
