Memorial Service Planned For Man Murdered at Homeless Center

David Cisneros was murdered at Mission 911 in Corpus Christi

CORPUS CHRISTI–A memorial service is set for a homeless man shot and killed at a Corpus Christi shelter over the weekend.

Police said David Cisneros, 60, a resident of Mission 911 for a couple of months got into an argument with another resident on Saturday night at 6:15 pm.

Matthew Stebbins charged with murder

Witnesses report Matthew Stebbins, 33, was person who shot Cisneros to death and charged with murder. Stebbins is being held on a $200,000 bond.

A memorial service for Cisneros is scheduled on Wednesday at 6 pm at the Mission 911 Shelter.
