No Aerial Fireworks in Kleberg County

Aerial Fireworks Banned in Kleberg County

KINGSVILLE–The dry conditions and possibility of fire danger has forced the Kleberg County Commissioners to ban aerial fireworks in the area.

The Kleberg County Fire Marshal recommended a ban on aerial fireworks at the County Commissioners Court due to the fire danger.

Today, commissioners agreed and put a ban of aerial fireworks until January 1st.

The county leaders said the ban would be strictly enforced. If county residents violate the ban, they will be facing a fine and get the fireworks seized.

Kingsville city leaders also don’t allow fireworks within the city limits.
