CORPUS CHRISTI–The 22nd Annual HEB Feast of Sharing in Corpus Christi brought together about 13,000 people to enjoy a holiday meal and celebrate the true meaning of Christmas.
Each person attending got to eat a meal with ham, tamales, mashed potatoes, green beans, a dinner roll, a drink and desert. They were served by hundreds of volunteers.
People came to the annual meal by car, bus and walked to the American Bank Center. While eating, they were entertained by different type of music.
Organizers said it was the largest turnout for this holiday meal that’s served on Christmas Eve in Corpus Christi.
