BROWNSVILLE–A Brownsville hairstylist was arrested on three counts of burglary after police gathered enough evidence to charge him with the crimes.
Investigators said Wiley Wiggs, 43, was implicated in three burglaries in Brownsville and was taken into custody. He was already facing one count of burglary from a break-in last month.
They said Wiggs broke into restaurants, including Four Corner’s Cafe, Emilia’s, Captain Bob’s and Nena’s, during the early part of December.
Investigators said he targeted cash registers, candies and sodas during his burglaries.
Wiggs was arraigned on Wednesday morning and a judge set his bond at $45,000.
