BROWNSVILLE–Three people were arrested Wednesday in connection to a drug operation being conducted in Brownsville.
Officers went to a home on the 7100 Calles Street after getting a lead from Crimestoppers. Inside the home, they found 220 pounds of marijuana and 23.3 grams of cocaine.
They also arrested Martin Lozano, 20, who was at the residence. He was charged with possession of marijuana and engaging in criminal activity. His bond was set at $65,000.
Two others believed to be in the drug operation were also arrested during a traffic stop. Officers found a small amount of marijuana.
Julian Gutierrez Lozano, 43, and his passenger Jose Cisneros Jr., 37, of Brownsville were arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Engaging in Criminal Activity. Their bond was set at $5,000.
