CORPUS CHRISTI–Corpus Christi Police are working a stabbing death from Thursday night that investigators are treating like a murder.
At about 7:30 pm, officers came to the westside of Corpus Christi for a report of an unconscious man on the 1500 block of Mestina Street.
CCFD Medics determined the 41-year- old Black male was deceased.
The cause of death is pending the Nueces County Medical Examiner’s ruling, but the suspicious death is currently being investigated as a homicide.
CCPD investigators have served a search warrant on the 1500 block of Mestina Street as part of this investigation.
